Will this banjo fitting work with standard brake lines, or is it for some kinda special setup?

This Brakequip banjo fitting uses a 7/16-inch thread and 11mm banjo eye, which are common sizes for brake lines on many vehicles and light equipment.

Got an older light truck with some pretty gnarly brake line routing near the caliper. Banjo fittings seem like the only way to make it work without kinking the hose. This a 7/16 thread with an 11mm eye, that right?

That's what you've got here. The 7/16-inch thread pairs with an 11mm banjo eye, which lines up with common brake line standards used on a pretty wide range of vehicles and light equipment. Where clearance is tight and a straight inline fitting just won't fit without fighting the hose, the banjo bolt-through design lets fluid pass through the hollow bolt while keeping the connection compact and low-profile. Solid choice for that kind of routing situation.

trying to swap out a banjo fitting on a brake hose, is this one the 7/16 thread with an 11mm eye?

You’ve got the right idea. It’s a Brakequip banjo fitting built around a 7/16-inch thread spec and an 11mm banjo eye, which matches common brake line standards used on a lot of vehicles and light equipment.
