Got a tight spot on a small hydraulic brake line where I need a fitting that can swivel around without fighting me. This banjo style work for that kind of setup?

Banjo fittings are built exactly for that situation. The 360-degree rotational connection lets you adjust the line angle after the bolt is in place, which saves a lot of grief when clearance is tight and you can't easily reposition the line itself. With a 10mm port and 10mm thread, it fits right into small-bore hydraulic and brake circuits without needing adapters or extra hardware in most cases.
