got a banjo setup with a 10x10mm peg, how do i tell if this is the right-hand one with the peg kicked off to the side?

Look for two details in the part description: it is a banjo fitting with a 10x10 mm peg, and that peg is oriented to the side on the right. If your current fitting matches those two points, this is the right-hand, peg-to-side version.
