Got a brake line job on an older vehicle and need to know if this banjo fitting will hook up to a caliper. The bore is 3/8 and the thread is 7/16 -- that right?

those dimensions are correct. The bore runs 3/8 inch and the thread size is 7/16 inch. Banjo fittings like this one connect brake lines to calipers and other hydraulic components, so as long as your caliper port matches that 7/16 thread, you should be in good shape for the hookup.
