Does this banjo fitting come with any kind of thread sealant already on it, or do I need to pick that up separate?

No sealant is included with this fitting. You'll need to source that on your own before installation. Same goes for a switch connector, neither of those are part of what ships with the HFB358.

got a banjo setup already. is this the 10 x 8mm fitting, and what size is the bore on it

Brakequip’s HFB358 is a banjo fitting in the 10 x 8 mm size, and it is called out with an 8 mm diameter for the connection.
