what exactly is the connection size on this banjo fitting, the 3/8 or the 11.3mm, which one's the thread and which one's the bolt?

The 3/8 refers to the hose or line connection side, and the 11.3mm is the banjo bolt hole diameter. Banjo fittings have two measurements for that reason since one side connects to your brake line and the other slips over the banjo bolt at the caliper or wheel cylinder. Make sure both dimensions match what you're working with before ordering.

Just want to make sure this banjo fitting will work with my Brakequip brake line. It's a 3/8 connection, but what's that 11.3mm size all about?

It designates the banjo bolt hole diameter. So long as your banjo bolt is 11.3mm, this fitting should work with your Brakequip 3/8 brake line.
