Banjo fittings in this size are built around a hollow bolt design that lets brake fluid pass through while keeping the fitting itself low-profile against the port. For a 10mm port with a 10mm line, this one lines up correctly. The rotatable body also helps when the line doesn't come in at a clean angle, which is pretty common on older vehicles where clearance is already tight.
