Got a brake line junction that keeps moving around on me and causing grief. Does this joiner have a bracket built right into it, or is that sold separate?

The bracket is part of the fitting itself, so you get the joiner and the mounting bracket together as one unit. That means you can anchor the junction point directly to a fixed surface instead of leaving the connection floating loose in the line. Real handy for brake line and hydraulic line setups where you need that hose join to stay put.

got a spot where i need to tie two hose ends together but i dont want it flopping around, is that what this joiner with bracket is for?

For inline hose connection jobs, it gives you a solid way to join two hose ends and also bolt the junction down using the built in mounting bracket, so the connection stays put instead of floating in the line.
