Got a swivel nut fitting I'm trying to swap out on a hydraulic line, thread size is 7/16x24NS. This the right part to match up with that?

That thread size lines up exactly with what this fitting carries. The 7/16x24NS spec is built right into the design, so if your existing connection uses that same thread, you're looking at a direct match. The swivel nut style also makes it a lot easier to seat without fighting the line for alignment during reinstall.
