For HE2000 Series power units, the reservoir kit is intended to go with that Concentric HE2000 family, and those units share the same adapter size across the line, so fit is consistent within the HE2000 series.

these reservoir kits, are they just for fixing busted units or can you build a whole new power unit from scratch with em?

Both, actually. The HE2000 Series reservoir kits are specifically noted for use in repairing or modifying existing HE2000 Series power units, and they can also be used to build custom units from the ground up. If you're putting together a custom build, the Model Code is the recommended tool for selecting the right kit configuration.
