Will this motor work for a seeder application?

This H series motor is often used in agricultural seeders, so it should be a good fit. It's also used in augers, harvesters, and even floor polishers.

got a motor bracket with a 2 bolt flange already on it. is this one set up for that, and what size are the ports?

It uses a 2 bolt mounting flange and it has 1/2 NPT ports with .500-14 NPTF dryseal pipe threads, so it matches the common 2 bolt pattern and NPT hydraulic connections style called out for this model.

what's the break-in procedure on this motor before puttin it under full load?

Run it at about 30% of rated pressure for roughly an hour before you put it to work. Make sure the motor is filled with fluid before any load gets applied. Skipping that step can shorten the life of the motor, so it's worth taking the time upfront.
