Fluid viscosity needs to stay at a minimum of 100 SUS at operating temperature, or you can calculate it as (20 x PSI) divided by RPM to get your SUS value, whichever comes out higher. Max operating temp is 180 degrees F, so keep an eye on that in warmer running conditions.
