what's the break-in procedure for this motor before puttin it under full load?

Run it for about an hour at 30% of rated pressure before you go to full load. Make sure the motor is filled with fluid before you apply any load at all. Skipping that break-in period puts extra wear on the internals right from the start, so it's worth the extra time up front to get the most life out of it.

got a hyd motor with 1/2 npt lines and a 4 bolt mount, will this one bolt up and hook up without a bunch of adapters?

It matches what you’re describing: a 4 bolt mounting flange and 1/2 NPT ports with .500-14 NPTF dryseal pipe threads. The output is a 1 inch straight keyed shaft, so your coupler or sprocket needs to match that shaft style and size.

Will this motor hold up okay on a grain auger, or is it more for light duty stuff?

This H series motor is definitely suitable for heavy-duty agricultural applications like grain augers. It's also used in harvesters and seeders.
