How much can this hose take pressure-wise?

It's rated to handle up to 50 PSI at 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Got a wellpoint setup I been running for a couple seasons now, thinking bout swapping in this hose. The cam and groove end on here, that's a female Part C fitting, yeah? Just want to make sure before I order.

Correct on the fitting. One end of this assembly comes with an aluminum female cam and groove coupler, which is the Part C configuration. The other end is a steel male pipe combination nipple, unplated. Both ends are secured with preformed galvanized steel clamps, two per end. Wellpoint systems are actually one of the listed applications for this hose, so it fits your use case well.
