What kind of stuff is this hose good for pumpin'?

Got a cam and groove setup on my pump already, the female coupler on this end, is that a Part C style or something different?

Yeah, it's a Part C aluminum female cam and groove coupler. That's the type with the female cam arms that lock onto a male adapter, so if your pump outlet is already fitted with a standard male cam groove adapter, this end connects right to it. The opposite end of this assembly has an un-plated steel male pipe combination nipple, which threads into a female pipe fitting on whatever you're pulling from or discharging to.

got a 3 inch pump setup, is this hose already built with the camlock on one end and a king nipple on the other?

Comes assembled as a 3 inch ID by 20 foot green PVC suction and discharge hose with fittings on both ends. One end is an aluminum female cam and groove coupler, Part C, and the other end is an un-plated steel male pipe combination nipple, often called a king nipple.
