trying to swap out a fitting on a 1/2 inch hose, is this the one with male threads on the end?

For a basic hose-to-thread connection, this part is a 1/2 inch hose shank with a 1/2 inch male pipe thread end. It is meant to slide into a 1/2 inch hose on one side and give you a threaded male connection on the other.
