Will this fit right with my existing M18 port? Just want to make sure before I order.

what's the thread setup on this adapter? got one side that's metric and need to make sure the other end matches up with my SAE fittings

One end runs a M18X1.5 male metric thread, which meets ISO 9974 spec. The other end is a 13/16-16 male face seal O-ring connection built to SAE J1453. So yeah, it bridges those two thread standards in a straight configuration, which is exactly what you'd need when your metric port has to tie into a face seal fitting on the SAE side.
