got a line running 3/8 tube with a JIC 37-degree flare on two ends and need to tee off to an ORB port on a manifold, this fitting handle all three connections at once?

All three ports are covered here. The two MFF ends use an 11/16-16 thread with a 0.264 drill, which matches standard 3/8 tube JIC flare fittings. The center ORB port runs 9/16-18 thread, also at 0.264 drill, so it'll seat into a straight-thread O-ring boss port on your manifold. The 3/8 tube OD spec confirms it's sized right for that line. One tee handles the split without needing additional adapters in between.
