what's the tube O.D. on this fitting and does it work with 3/8 inch line?

The tube O.D. is 3/8 inches, so yeah, it lines right up with 3/8 inch tubing setups. The A and B threads are both 11/16-16, and the SAE ORB port runs 7/16-20, so as long as your system matches those thread specs, you're in good shape for a clean connection.
