what seal material comes standard on this swivel joint, and are there other options if I'm running something other than regular hydraulic oil?

Buna-N is the standard seal material, which covers most petroleum-based hydraulic fluids just fine. If your system runs something that isn't compatible with Buna-N, there are two other seal options available for this series. The EPR version uses the suffix -04, and the Viton version uses suffix -06. Just make sure to specify the right suffix when ordering so you get the correct seal for your fluid type.

What kinda stuff can this swivel joint handle pressure-wise? Just wanna make sure it'll hold up.

It's rated to handle 3500 PSI, which should be suitable for a bunch of industrial applications where you're not pushing things too hard.
