trying to match up a straight fitting i pulled off, what thread sizes does this one have on the A and B ends?

On the A end it has a 1-7/16-12 thread with a 0.811 drill size. The B end is 1-1/16-12 thread with a 0.609 drill size.

part number FS6400-16-12-O, does that cross over to FF6400-16-12 or is that a whole different animal?

Same part, different number. FF6400-16-12 and FF6400-16-12-O both cross to FS6400-16-12-O, and AFF1852T1612S is another alternate that references the same fitting. You can order under any of those numbers and you're getting the same Brennan FS6400-O series straight adapter.
