what's the tube OD on this adapter and does it work with a 3/4-16 thread on one end?

you got it right on both counts. The tube outer diameter is 3/8 inch, and one end does run a 3/4-16 thread. The other end carries an 11/16-16 thread, so make sure both sides line up with what you're connecting to before you order.

got an old Brennan fitting marked FS6400-06-08-O, is this the same straight adapter or am i mixing it up
