what's the tube OD on this fitting, and does that 1-1/16-12 thread on the B side mean it's an ORB port end?

The tube OD is 1/4 inch, and yes, that 1-1/16-12 thread on the B end is your ORB port connection. The A end runs a 9/16-18 thread, which is the male flareless bite-type side for the 1/4 inch tube. So you've got a straight fitting that steps from a smaller tube connection on one end to a larger ORB port on the other. Pretty common setup when you're hydraulic connections into a manifold or valve body with a bigger port.

For the tube side, it is made for 1/4 inch tube OD.
