trying to match up a straight adapter i’ve got here, what are the thread sizes on the A and B ends for this one

For fit-up, the A thread is 9/16-18 and the B thread is 3/4-16.

does the 1/4 inch tube O.D. on this thing mean it'll hook straight up to standard 1/4 inch tubing, or is there more to fittin it right?

For a 1/4 inch O.D. tube connection, this adapter is built to accommodate exactly that size. The A thread is 9/16-18 and the B thread is 3/4-16, so the tube side and the port side each have their own thread spec. As long as your tubing matches the 1/4 inch O.D. and your port is a 3/4-16 ORB, the fit should be straightforward with no extra adapters needed in between.
