Got a #8 MORS bulkhead fitting on a manifold block, this the right male end to mate up with a #8 MORB port?

That's what this fitting is built for. One end is a #8 Male ORS bulkhead and the other is a #8 Male SAE, so it bridges those two thread types directly. No adapters stacked in between, no thread sealant needed on either end. Pretty clean setup for that kind of connection.
