Does this elbow come with the locknut already included, or is that something I'd have to track down separate?

The locknut is included with the elbow. That's kind of the whole point of this configuration since the locknut is what lets you get a tight, secure fit when mounting through a panel or bulkhead. You won't need to source it separately.

For panel or bulkhead pass-through setups, the bulkhead style gives you a stable way to run the connection through the wall, and the included locknut is there to clamp it down tight so it stays put.
