what's the thread spec on both ends of this bulkhead union, and does it use the same size on each side?

Both ends run a 1-14 thread, so you've got a matched connection on either side. The tube O.D. is 5/8" across the board, and the drill size comes in at 0.484 on both A1 and A2. Pretty straightforward setup if you're fitting it into a panel or bulkhead wall and need consistent specs end to end.
