trying to swap out an old 45 elbow, what thread sizes are on each end of this 06MFS-06MP?

On the A end it has an 11/16-16 thread with a 0.264 drill size, and on the B end it has a 3/8-18 thread with a 0.406 drill size.

what size tube does this elbow hook up to and is the thread on the male pip side a standard size

Tube OD on this fitting is 3/8 inch. The male pipe side runs a 3/8-18 thread, which is a standard NPT size you'll find on a lot of common hydraulic components. The other end carries an 11/16-16 thread for the flare seat connection, so double-check both ends match up before ordering.
