what size tubing does this elbow hook up to, the 3/4 inch stuff?

Yeah, 3/4-inch OD tube on both ends. Both ports share the same specs, 1-3/16-12 thread with a 0.609-inch drill, so you're working with identical connections on each side of the 90.
