How much room do I need to give myself for this elbow, dimension-wise?

Looking at the dimensions, you'll need 2.060 inches (L1) in one direction and 2.750 inches (L2) in the other, plus the space for your connections. The across-flats is 1.625 inches, if that helps with tight fits.
