Hey, what size tubing does this elbow fit?

what's the tube OD and flange size on this fitting, trying to make sure it'll mate up right with what we already got running

The tube outside diameter is 1 inch and the flange size is also 1 inch. The thread is 1-7/16-12, and the across flats dimension comes in at 1.312 inches. For length, L1 is 1.470 inches and L2 runs 1.850 inches. Those numbers should give you enough to cross-check against your existing setup before you order.

trying to swap out an elbow on a 1 inch tube line. is this one actually for 1 inch tube OD and a 1 inch flange?

The key callouts on this elbow are a 1 inch tube outside diameter and a 1 inch flange size, along with a 1-7/16-12 thread on the male side. It is a 45 degree elbow in the Brennan FS1803-FG series.
