got a -20 line on a machine, is this hose actually 1-1/4 inch inside like it says?

For sizing, the dash -20 on this hose matches a 1.25 inch inside diameter, and the outside diameter is listed at 1.83 inches.

we run our equipment pretty hard all day at about 4000 psi. how long does a hose like this hold up under that kind of pressure

Hitting high pressure repeatedly won't be an issue for that Aeroquip hose. Built with four-spiral wire reinforcement it carries an impulse cycle life of one million cycles and is safely rated for a maximum operating pressure of 4500 PSI.
