Will this here fitting work to hook up my fuel line to the M14 port?

This Brakequip part is made to connect a 5/16in FuelFlex line right to an M14 x 1.5 fitting, so it should do the trick.

Does this fitting actually work with a standard 5/16in FuelFlex line, or do I need some kind of adapter on top of it?

No adapter needed. The FL11-14MM connects directly to a 5/16in FuelFlex line on one end and threads into an M14 x 1.5 port on the other. That's the whole purpose of the part, so if your line and port match those specs, you're good to go.

It’s made to adapt a 5/16 inch FuelFlex line over to an M14 x 1.5 threaded connection, so you can tie that hose into a fuel system that uses the M14 x 1.5 fitting size.
