What size hose does this adaptor work with, and is it metric on both ends or just the one side?

Only one end is metric. The fitting threads are M16 x 1.5 female on the connection side, and the hose end is sized for 3/8 inch Brakequip FuelfFlex hose. So you've got a metric female thread on one end and a 3/8 inch FuelfFlex hose termination on the other. It's meant to bridge that two-standard setup in fuel line assemblies.
