part number on this one is FL09-5-5 but i also see FLRQ-135 floating around -- are those the same fitting?

Both numbers refer to the same part. FL09-5-5 is the SKU used by hydraulic-supply.com, and FLRQ-135 is the manufacturer part number assigned by Brakequip. Either one gets you to this exact fitting, so whichever you have written down on your order sheet will work fine.
