What kinda temperature range can this fitting handle? I work in a place that gets mighty cold in the winter.
Question by: Troy H on Aug 30, 2025, 2:08 PM
It's rated to handle temperatures as low as -40 degrees, so it should hold up even in pretty harsh winter conditions.

got a line running -12 hose and need a female ORS fitting on the end, this the right one for that?
Question by: Ralph W on Apr 3, 2026, 2:38 PM
Female ORS on a -12 hose dash size is exactly what this fitting covers. It's a nipple assembly with an ORS end type on one side and a line/hose/tube connection on the other, so it's built for that kind of termination. Carbon steel construction means it'll hold up in most standard hydraulic line environments without any fuss.

trying to match up hoses in the shop, is this one for a -12 hose and a female ORS end?
Question by: Kirk B on Jan 14, 2026, 11:47 AM
Built as a female ORS fitting for a -12 hose dash size, it’s meant to mate to an ORS style connection on one end and a line, hose, or tube connection on the other.
