Product Questions & Answers

got a -10 hose on an A/C refrigeration circuit, is this bulkhead the right match or am i off a size
Question by: Jimmy C on Nov 18, 2025, 7:42 PM
For the hose end, it matches a -10 dash size. On the threaded end, it is a 7/8-14 UNF male thread with a 0.875 inch end size, so it is set up for that hose size and that specific UNF male connection.

What size wrench do I need for this bulkhead fitting?
Question by: Peggy R on Apr 2, 2026, 7:36 AM
The hex size on this fitting is 1.13 inches, so that's the wrench size you'll want to use.

Got a panel mount A/C fitting that needs replacing on a refrigeration line, and I'm trying to figure out if this one'll work. It's a -10 hose end and 7/8-14 UNF thread on the other side. That match up with what this fitting does?
Question by: Stan E on Apr 14, 2025, 6:21 AM
that lines right up. The fitting runs a 7/8-14 UNF male thread on one end and picks up a -10 dash size hose on the line end, so if that's what your setup calls for, you're in the right place. It's a bulkhead-style nipple, which means it's built specifically for pass-through mounting in a panel or wall. Carbon steel construction, and it's part of the Eaton Aeroquip E-Z Clip system, so the hose end needs to be compatible with that clip-style assembly.
