What kind of corrosion resistance can I expect from this fitting?

what's the corrosion resistance like on these fittings? running equipment outside and rust has been a real problem with cheaper stuff

Carbon steel fittings like these usually need something extra to hold up outdoors, and that's where the Dura-Kote plating comes in. It's a protective coating applied specifically to extend the life of the fitting and resist corrosion over time. If rust has been eating through your current hardware, this would be a meaningful upgrade over uncoated steel fittings.
