trying to speed up hose builds, do i need any special tools or calibration to put this EZ CLIP straight male o-ring fitting on?

No special setup is part of this one. It is called out as not requiring calibration or special tools like mandrels, which is the whole idea behind the EZ CLIP style for cutting assembly time.
