Got a 4S hose nipple that's been seeping at the connection, would this o-ring be the right fix for that?

For a weeping connection on a 4S series hose nipple, yeah, this is the part you'd want. It's made specifically for both 4S and 6S series nipples, so it'll seat properly and give you a solid seal.
