Part number FF91157-20, that's the Aeroquip o-ring for a 4S/6S hose nipple, just want to make sure this is the right seal before I order a handful of em. Any chance this fits other nipple sizes or is it strictly for the 4S/6S configuration?

Strictly a 4S/6S fit. The FF91157-20 is sized specifically for that nipple configuration and isn't interchangeable with other sizes in the Aeroquip lineup. If your hose assembly runs on 4S or 6S nipples, this is the correct o-ring for maintaining a proper seal at the connection point.
