Product Questions & Answers

hose gonna hold up routing through a tight engine bay, or is the bend radius gonna be a problem?
Question by: Cody B on Jul 17, 2025, 3:50 PM
Six and a half inches is the minimum bend radius on this one. That's workable in most engine compartments, but you'll want to plan your routing before committing. Forcing it tighter than that could stress the four-ply construction over time, so give yourself a little room around corners and mounts and you should be fine.

What’s the bend radius on this hose? Gotta make a tight turn in my engine compartment.
Question by: Dean M on May 27, 2025, 10:41 AM
For those tighter spots, the minimum bend radius is 6.5 inches. Should give you some flexibility without kinking.

got a tight spot by the intake, how tight can i bend this hose without kinkin it
Question by: Melvin B on May 9, 2025, 5:16 PM
For routing in a cramped engine bay, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 6.5 inches. Staying at or above that radius helps keep the flow path from getting pinched.
