Been trying to track this down for a while now, got a system with a 12 male face seal on the run and need a branch port that's ORB. This the one that does that?

That's exactly the configuration this tee handles. The run ports are both 12 male face seal and the branch port is 12 male ORB, so you get that mixed-thread setup without needing an adapter in between. Brennan makes these to pretty tight tolerances, so fitment on both port styles tends to be solid right out of the box.
