Does this elbow have any adjustable end on it, or are both ends fixed? Trying to figure out if I can clock it after I get it in place.

Both ends are fixed on this one, no adjustability built in. That's actually what makes it hold up well over time since there's nothing to work loose or need retightening down the road. You'll want to plan your routing and orientation before installation, because once it's torqued in it stays where it sits.

got a tight spot on a hydraulic line, is this elbow the kind that’s fixed or can you swivel it to line things up?

Fixed end connection is what you get here, so it is meant to hold its position rather than swivel or adjust. That helps keep the joint stable and cuts down on loosening over time.

Will this elbow fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees pretty constant use?

Built with high-strength construction, this 90-degree elbow is definitely suitable for demanding environments where durability is key.
