What size are the threads on this fitting? I need to make sure it'll match up with my existing setup.

This adapter uses -16FFSS and -16MORB straight threads, which should provide a secure and straightforward connection in your system.

trying to replace an old adapter, is FS6540-16-16-O the same part as FF6507-16-16?
Question by: Rhonda F on Feb 19, 2026, 6:50 AM
For ordering and cross-referencing, FS6540-16-16-O is the supplier part number tied to this adapter, and FF6507-16-16 is the SKU. The same item is also shown with alternate part numbers AFF2130T1616S and FS6540-16-16-O.

got a 1-inch ORB port on a manifold block and need a straight adapter to mate up with a female face seal fitting, this the right piece for that job?
Question by: Bonnie M on Feb 5, 2026, 11:17 AM
That's what this adapter is built for. One end is a male O-ring boss (MORB) and the other is a female face seal (FFSS), both in the same size, so it'll bridge that connection without needing any reducers or extra fittings in between. Straight configuration means no angle changes, just a clean inline hookup.
