Does the Dura-Kote plating on this adapter actually hold up in wet or muddy conditions, or is that more of a marketing thing?

Eaton Aeroquip tests it against ASTM B117 standards, which is a salt spray test used industrywide to verify how well a coating holds up against moisture and corrosive exposure. For muddy, wet, or outdoor environments, that kind of verified coating matters a lot more than a generic zinc finish.

got a hose end with a female STC, will this adapter let me go over to a male SAE o-ring boss port?
