No check valve on this one. Flow goes straight through without any restriction or backflow control built into the fitting itself. If your setup needs flow regulation or check functionality, that would need to come from elsewhere in the system. For direct, unrestricted flow applications it works exactly as intended.

Match it up by the supplier part number. FS2406-16-12 is the supplier part number tied to this Brennan Industries 16FFS-12MFS straight adapter, and it also crosses to alternate numbers like AFF2281T1216S.
