Function-wise, yes. It is an ORS Male to ORS Male to ORS Female tee adapter, so two of the ports are male ORS and the third port is a female ORS connection for branching one line into two.

What's the port setup on this tee adapter, are all three ends the same thread type, or is there a mix?

Two of the ports are ORS male and the third is ORS female, so you've got a mixed configuration on a single tee body. That female end is what lets you branch off an existing inline connection without needing an extra coupler in between. All three ports use the O-Ring Face Seal thread type, so you're staying within the same fitting family across the whole assembly.
