What's the angle and thread setup on this adapter, need to know if it'll work for rerouting a hydraulic line where a straight fitting just ain't gonna cut it.

got a tight spot on a hydraulic line. is this the 45° elbow that goes 11/16 ORS male over to 3/8 NPTF male?

For that kind of offset, this adapter is a 45 degree elbow with an 11/16 inch ORS male on one end and a 3/8 inch NPTF male on the other, both male ends.
