What kind of environments is this elbow adapter actually built for? Asking cause we run equipment in some pretty rough conditions and need something that ain't gonna corrode out on us fast.

Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating gives it solid corrosion resistance for demanding environments. It's rated for marine and military use, offshore drilling, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and food and beverage applications, so it's not a light-duty part by any stretch. If your operation falls into any of those categories, the corrosion protection is purpose-built for that kind of exposure.

got a hose end that’s ORS size 20, and the port on the block is SAE ORB size 20. is this the right 90 to tie those together?

Built for exactly that hookup, it is a 90 degree elbow adapter with a male ORS end and a male SAE ORB end, both in size 20.
